Layout: PHLEGM v6-style canonical carrier / Mindrealm working project

Build / package comments:
- Fixed the new Windows compiler UI startup crash that occurred before any build log was created.
- Corrected the malformed Join-Path list in the 200 ms build-log refresh timer.
- Added Mindrealm-Compiler-UI-v1-<launch>-Pending/Pass/Fail lifecycle logging before the WinForms GUI script is invoked.
- GUI parse/startup exceptions now finalize the UI lifecycle log as Fail with exception and stack trace details.
- Timer callback failures are contained and logged instead of terminating the compiler UI.
- Build-process launch failures are reported in the UI and written to the UI lifecycle log.
- Preserved End-User + 32-bit + OpenGL defaults and the Windows 32/64-bit x OpenGL/D3D11 build matrix.
- Preserved parent-timestamp inheritance and sibling distribution ZIP/checksum output behavior.
- Player and map-monster movement now renders as simultaneous per-turn tile glides while authoritative game logic remains tile-based.
- Movement interpolation is expressed in cell space and converted through the current CELL size, so grid scaling preserves the glide.
- Movement sprites are clipped by the normal fog mask and cannot reveal hidden monster positions.
- Movement animation owns gameplay input while active; the existing winner model supplies the next command at the exact glide boundary for smooth chained turns.
- Windows presentation now composes the complete scaled client frame into a persistent off-screen GDI backbuffer and performs one final BitBlt, preventing the live window from exposing the black clear between animation frames.

Package conventions:
- Carrier: ./Mindrealm-v1-Developer-Distribution-2026-0929-2112-5381/
- Working project: ./Mindrealm-v1-Developer-Distribution-2026-0929-2112-5381/Mindrealm/
- Finished distribution ZIP and checksum sidecars are siblings of the carrier.
- logs/, bin/, and build/ are canonical project folders.
- build/Toolchain, build/archives, build/old, and build/obsolete hold transient build material.
